Bookings
Linh processes reservations and advance payments from our Nha Trang office at 12 Hung Vuong Street. She confirms availability with partner depots and issues vouchers with pickup instructions. Eight years working with independent operators taught her which suppliers maintain consistent standards during Tet and monsoon season.
Fleet Partners
Duc manages supplier relationships in Nha Trang, Da Nang, and Phu Quoc. He audits partner depots quarterly and negotiates no-deposit terms that we pass to travelers. Before 4Drive he ran logistics for a tour operator shuttling groups along QL1A, so he knows which local companies keep vehicles properly serviced.

She troubleshoots issues during pickups at CXR Cam Ranh International and resolves disputes over damage claims or fuel charges. Her background in hospitality means she understands that problems happen and fixes them without script reading.
