4Drive Vietnam is a booking platform that connects travelers with independent vehicle rental companies operating in Nha Trang, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, and other Vietnamese destinations. We do not own vehicles. We do not act as a rental operator.
When you place a booking through our platform, you receive a voucher containing the contact details and terms of the local supplier. The rental agreement is formed directly between you and that supplier once you collect the vehicle.
We provide an information and reservation interface. We transmit your booking to the supplier, issue a voucher, and process the booking advance. We do not execute the rental contract itself.
Your rental contract is with the supplier named in your voucher. That company sets vehicle condition standards, insurance coverage, deposit policies, and pickup procedures.
Because the contract exists between you and the supplier, liability for vehicle condition, insurance claims, traffic violations, and rental performance rests with that supplier under Vietnamese law.
Contact the supplier immediately using the phone number in your voucher. Disputes regarding vehicle faults, accidents, or deposit deductions must be resolved with the supplier. We can facilitate communication but cannot override supplier decisions.
We are responsible for accurate transmission of your booking details and timely issuance of the voucher. We are not liable for supplier non-performance, vehicle mechanical failure, accident damage, or third-party claims arising during your rental period.
You pay a booking advance online to secure the reservation. The balance and any deposit are settled directly with the supplier at their counter in Nha Trang, Cam Ranh, or your chosen pickup location.
The advance confirms your reservation and is deducted from the total rental amount. Full payment terms, including what is due on pickup, appear in your voucher and on the booking confirmation page.
Cancellation rules are set by each supplier and stated in your voucher. Changes to pickup time, vehicle category, or rental duration require supplier approval. Contact us at [email protected] or call +84 258 384 1157 to request modifications; we forward requests but cannot guarantee acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Rental contracts between you and suppliers fall under Vietnamese traffic law, insurance regulations, and commercial code. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Vietnamese courts in Khanh Hoa Province.
